Title : HR & Talent Associate.

Permanent

FTE : Full-time, 40 hours per week

Location : Hybrid – 3 days per week in the New York office

Pay Rate: 80k - 90k

*Looking for a generalist HR background with life sciences experience*

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HR support, assisting the U.S.-based HR Manager with general administrative and operational tasks.
• Manage the administrative side of recruitment, including:
• Drafting, reviewing, and formatting job descriptions for new and existing roles.
• Posting job advertisements and coordinating candidate communications and scheduling.
• Confidently use recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn) and be prepared to support recruiter-level tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile (Personality fit is key for this role) :

• Bachelors degree
• 4+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition
• Pharma, biotech, medical device industry highly preferred
• Strong eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities within a dynamic environment.
• Open to candidates from all industries — ideally from smaller organizations where they’ve shown agility and the ability to take initiative.
• Naturally adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with changing priorities.
• Collaborative and humble team player — someone eager to develop, not overly rigid or self-assured.
• Long-term growth mindset with potential for career development and progression within the company.
