Dynamic after-school enrichment learning center seeking experienced Math Instructor/Academic Coach to work with students from grades 5th to 8th grade. The instructor will work with students on an individual or small group setting. Must be flexible with changes in setting and time. Employee Type: This is a part-time, year-round position. Math Instructor and Academic Coach Requirements:* College Graduate with BS in math or related fields

• College student or above with at least 20 credits with Math knowledge up to PreCalc
• Excellent communication skills with adults and children
• Great organizational and multitasking skills are a must
• Patience, enthusiasm, willingness to work with children
• Retired teachers are welcomed

Math Instructor and Academic Coach General Responsibilities:* Provide appropriate academic coaching to students according to the Center policy.

• Motivate and encourage students (incentives, certificates, etc.)
• Discuss with the Director of students progress after every session or end of business day
• May grade booklets in the beginning to become familiar with the program
