Phoenix Landing provides onsite mental health services, case management, peer support and housing navigation to support individuals who are experiencing homelessness.
Position Summary
The Housing Navigator assists with the housing search and placement along with leveraging supportive services that will assist the participant household to maintain permanent housing. The Housing Navigator is responsible for assisting the clients with gathering documentation needed to secure housing including income verification and identification. The Housing Navigator is responsible for data collection and data entry.
