We’re Hiring: Contractual Leasing Agent (Full-Time/Part-Time)

We are looking for a Leasing Agent to join our team on a contractual basis! This role is perfect for someone who is independent, a great communicator, and a strong seller. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in driving the leasing process and ensuring that our properties are leased quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property showings and tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of the property.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitive properties to effectively sell the value of our properties to prospective tenants.
• Maintain and update leasing records and files in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales ability
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written / Need to speak English and French.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability for flexible hours, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
• A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
