Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

**Please note this is a short term, in person, part time (2 days a week) position**

Pay Rate: $20-25/hr

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Generate and send invoices to clients or customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor and record all business expenses.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions; reconcile bank statements.
• Answer and direct calls as needed. Perform file maintenance, scanning, and data entry.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and QuickBooks.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
