Corporate Recruiter – R&D/G&A | $70K–$85K CAD/year | Remote (Canada)

12-Month Contract | High-Impact Talent Strategy

Join a mission-driven organization on the forefront of innovation in R&D and G&A hiring. We’re seeking a strategic, tech-savvy Corporate Recruiter based in Canada to help scale world-class engineering and corporate teams across the Americas. In this fully remote role, you’ll partner closely with hiring leaders, drive full-cycle recruitment, and shape talent strategies that fuel product innovation, operational excellence, and company growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across R&D and G&A functions—from kickoff to offer
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent strategy with business needs
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to ensure objective, values-aligned hiring
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in HR, Finance, Total Rewards, and Talent Ops
• Champion an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Leverage recruitment metrics and market insights to drive data-informed decision-making
• Ensure compliance with local laws, internal policies, and SLA standards

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in a recruiting role, ideally within a global tech environment
• Proven success hiring for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, TPMs, and ML engineers
• Adept at managing multiple open roles across technical and G&A functions
• Skilled relationship-builder with the ability to influence hiring outcomes
• Knowledge of Canadian labor laws and recruiting best practices; LATAM experience (Colombia/Mexico) is a plus
• Proficient in ATS tools and data-driven recruitment methods
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced setting

Location: Remote, Toronto, Canada Based

Travel: Occasional travel for team meetings or in-person events may be required
