Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Wallpaper Hanger & Painter who embodies integrity, fairness, and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about delivering high-quality finishes while maintaining transparency, respect, and a commitment to continuous learning. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, hanging wallpaper, painting interiors and exteriors, and ensuring exceptional results that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wallpaper Installation: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper with precision, ensuring seamless application and long-lasting results.

• Painting: Prepare surfaces, mix paints, and apply coats using professional techniques for smooth, durable finishes.

• Surface Preparation: Patch, sand, and prime walls to ensure the highest-quality end product.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections, ensuring work meets industry standards and client expectations.

• Customer Communication: Maintain transparent and informative communication with clients, explaining processes, timelines, and care instructions.

• Problem-Solving: Address challenges with grace and accountability, finding effective solutions while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

• Respect & Cleanliness: Work respectfully in clients' homes and businesses, leaving workspaces spotless after completion.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest painting and wallpapering techniques, tools, and materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Wallpaper Hanger & Painter with a strong portfolio of work.

• Strong knowledge of wallpaper types, adhesives, and painting techniques.

• Excellent attention to detail, patience, and craftsmanship.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with integrity and fairness.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different job site conditions.

• Commitment to respect, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions.

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
