Work Experience:
Previous inpatient pharmacy experience is preferred.
Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
License:
Active Pharmacist license in California.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
