Summary Seeking a Technical Game Developer to innovate the future of digital presence. Located in Sausalito, you'll collaborate with creative and technical teams to develop immersive demos showcasing cutting-edge AR/VR technologies, focusing on digital avatars projected over 5 to 10+ years. You'll work in small, agile teams to rapidly iterate on demos and prototypes, acting as the "integrator" within engines like Unreal to unify creative vision, 3D assets, and technological innovations. These demos will inspire leadership and set future directions. Required Experience: At least 8 years in game development and/or AR/VR prototypes, with expertise in game mechanics, UI systems, level blueprints, and real-time graphics optimization. Experience with technical aspects of game design, including coding in C# or C++, and 3D math fundamentals as applied to game logic. Hands-on experience with industry-standard game production processes and cross-disciplinary collaboration and communication. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5 and Unity. Preferred Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Visualization, or Animation, including coding and scripting skills. Previous experience creating games or interactive VR & AR experiences. Knowledge of real-time analytics tools and visual scripting is a plus. Familiarity with Houdini and/or Maya is advantageous. Must Have: Fundamentals of 3D math applied to game logic and mechanics. Experience in UX optimization, developing core gameplay systems, and gameplay controllers. Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine. Strong cross-functional communication skills. Nice to Have: Some knowledge of C# (less priority than C++). Experience with Houdini and/or Maya.
