Job Description

KBR is seeking a Space Program Element Monitor / Space Capability Analyst to provide on-site support to Headquarters Space Training and Readiness Command (HQ STARCOM) in Colorado Springs, CO. Key Responsibilities include supporting HQ STARCOM’s Requirements Management Corporate Process (RMCP), validating requirements traceability, translating validated requirements into prioritized decisions for STARCOM’s Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Operational Order (OPORD) and Unfunded Requirements (UFR) cycles, managing space mission requirements data, developing and maintaining RMCP training programs, supporting planning and management of STARCOM requirements/acquisition programs including risk and program cost, schedule, and performance oversight, briefing senior leadership, liaising with HQ STARCOM staff and other organizations, and limited travel to support Customer events. Qualifications require an active TS/SCI clearance, BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, headquarters experience in US Space Force or related commands, experience with DoD weapon systems, knowledge of corporate processes, experience in requirements management and validation, strategic advice and technical guidance skills, multitasking ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in secure locations. Desired familiarity with fiscal resource management tools is noted. The work environment is at Plaza of the Rockies with minimal travel and standard 40-hour work weeks. Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 for Colorado only, with potential additional bonuses and benefits.
