We're growing fast and need a creative, reliable Social Media Manager who can own our content from strategy to execution.

What You’ll Do

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll oversee daily content creation, copywriting, design, scheduling, and audience engagement across all of our channels:

• YouTube:
• X (Twitter):

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Copywriting
• Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for legal and medical tech audiences
• Produce educational, engaging short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics
• Design visuals, carousels, and thumbnails using Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop or Illustrator), or similar tools
• Platform Management & Scheduling
• Plan and schedule weekly posts across all platforms using scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Etc.)
• Maintain a consistent voice and visual style across all content
• Manage and grow each platform’s presence based on best practices
• Community Engagement & Growth
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
• Start conversations, ask questions, and interact with relevant legal/tech accounts
• Stay ahead of trends in legal tech, personal injury law, and lemon law

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts for B2B, SaaS, or legal-focused brands
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics (AI, legal, medical, legal tech, medical tech, Etc.)
• Proficiency in video editing (Reels, Shorts, YouTube), Canva or Adobe tools, and scheduling platforms
• Demonstrated ability to grow organic engagement and follower count
• Understanding of U.S. personal injury and lemon law markets and marketing regulations
• Team management to delegate tasks and projects accordingly as part of a team
• Project and task management using collaborative tools such as Monday
• Bonus: Experience with paid social campaigns or short-form legal education content
