Job Description

Outcast is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing Marketing team in the US. This role will be responsible for building and driving engagement across all social media platforms.

This is an incredibly critical role in defining and executing a cutting-edge social media strategy that amplifies brand awareness and builds a loyal community across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy for each platform that amplifies brand awareness, drives engagement, and builds a loyal community across Instagram stories , Tik Tok, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to keep Outcast at the forefront of the digital landscape.
  • Cultivate an engaged online community through meaningful interactions. Ensure all comments and inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create innovative ways to connect (close friends on IG, broadcast channels, AMA’S, etc).
  • Establish a process for creative commenting on viral moments to insert Outcast into the conversation.
  • Ensure’s brand personality and voice is consistent and prominent across all channels.
  • Work with the creative director on the creation of innovative content, ensuring every post is on-brand and speaks directly to our audience.
  • Lead on weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. Set KPIs and leverage data to measure success, optimizing campaigns and strategies for maximum performance.
  • Bring cohesive 360-degree campaigns to life on social media to amplify events, marketing, influencer, & creative programs including creative strategy, calendar etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices. Adapt strategies accordingly to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Develop and manage the social media budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns and initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 year experience as a Social Media Manager at a similar brand.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle a variety of initiatives and adjust to changing timelines and priorities.
  • Experience in fashion, intimate apparel, e-commerce is a must.
  • Proven track record of identifying problems, demonstrated use of initiative thinking, and implementation of appropriate solutions.
  • Consistently follows through and ensures tasks are completed.
  • Ability to lead a team.
