This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, requiring onsite presence 3 times a week. Responsibilities: Research industry solutions, create prototypes, and conduct user testing to improve user experience. Collaborate with the branding team to develop a strong brand identity for the platform. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience. At least 6 years of UI/UX or product design experience. Interest in Web3 and Blockchain technologies. Basic understanding of web technologies like HTML/CSS (no coding required). Include a portfolio or relevant work links in your application. Strong UI and graphic design skills, with a keen eye for impactful, on-brand design and intuitive UX. Experience with design systems in Figma. Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years in a UX Lead role. Experience leading design projects and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams. Experience shipping web applications for B2B and B2C markets, preferably both web and native platforms. Background in UI design for technical products or HMI.
