We are looking for a Robotics Engineer to assist with equipment start-up, debugging, troubleshooting, throughput, and enhancement of automated equipment at the Build Shop and at customer sites. Requirements: 75% or greater travel requirement. Authorized to work in Canada, United States, and Mexico. Full-time and long-term contract positions available. Responsibilities and Duties Possess thorough knowledge of robotic integration and engineering. I/O configuration. Auto-debugging and troubleshooting with PLCs. Material handling, spot welding, and sealing/dispensing. Vision system experience is an asset. Cycle time reduction and throughput improvement. Experience with DCS, SafeOp, SafeMove. Mastering, TCP/IP, OLPs, and Payload. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred. Ability to work independently or in a team, with excellent communication skills, self-motivation, organization, and a strong work ethic.
