Psychiatry - Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Altheda Medical Center offers multi-specialty medical services on a mission to provide high-quality and easily accessible care. Our starting focused offerings are consisted of primary care, special medical exams, psychiatry and medical aesthetics. Our tech-integrated and patient-centered focus aims to redefine the traditional healthcare delivery standards practiced in conventional outpatient settings.

We are looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants with a focus in psychiatry to be a part of our team as we strive to provide better coordinated care management for patients in conjunction with our primary care department.

Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health/behavioral health assessment (including differential diagnoses, prognosis), treatment recommendations and treatment planning for clients across program types
• Provides education and training of the team; and development, maintenance, and supervision of medication administration and psychiatric and medical treatment and procedures
• Engage clients and family as active partners in developing, reviewing, and modifying a course of care that supports the clients' progress towards identified goals where appropriate
• This position requires a current Pennsylvania State License and DEA.
