Required Experience & Skillset:
• 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with Agile/ Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and risk management tools.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
