Our clients projects demand exceptional quality, precision, and adherence to strict safety and compliance standards. We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Project Executive to join our clients team and lead complex construction projects to successful completion.

Position Overview:

The Construction Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and execution of large-scale construction projects, primarily in highly controlled environments such as clean rooms, healthcare facilities, and laboratories. This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong technical background, ideally with a degree in engineering or construction management, and extensive experience in managing intricate construction projects that involve stringent regulatory and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies, ensuring effective communication and addressing any project concerns or issues.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide leadership in the selection of project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that all team members possess the requisite skills and experience.
  • Ensure strict adherence to clean room and healthcare facility standards, including compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control, and contamination prevention protocols.
  • Drive cost control efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiations, ensuring projects remain financially viable and within budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Resolve complex construction challenges and make strategic decisions that enhance the quality and efficiency of project delivery.
  • Oversee the closeout process, including commissioning, validation, and final inspections, ensuring all deliverables are met to client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 10+ years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare, clean rooms, or laboratory environments.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex construction projects with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and safety standards.
  • Strong understanding of clean room construction, hospital building codes, infection control protocols, and other healthcare/laboratory-specific regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and other key personnel.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address issues before they arise.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing client expectations and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or LEED accreditation is a plus.

Key Skills:

  • Strategic project planning and execution
  • Budgeting and cost control
  • Risk management and mitigation
  • Regulatory compliance and quality control
  • Leadership and team management
  • Strong technical understanding of construction processes
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills
