OB RESPONSIBILITIES:P
roject Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. S
cheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. Support the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). B
udget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report any variances. Assist in meeting Product Cost Targets based on future business projections. D
ocumentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project deliverables. Generate and release program work authorization documentation. C
ommunication: Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Maintain positive communication and relationships with all company functional areas. R
isk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. C
ompliance: Ensure all project activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. S
upport: Provide administrative support to the NPD Program Manager, project managers, and team members as needed. Assist in preparing and presenting program review reports. C
ustomer Relations: Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring contractual

EQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:H
igh School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree C
ertification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM). E
xperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. F
amiliarity with DOD pricing and contract experience. E
xperience in supporting Integrated Project Teams (IPT).S
trong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. P
roficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
