Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Member of the Tech & Information Services team, the Product Owner plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the vision for technology products. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders and departmental leaders to define strategic goals, oversee the full lifecycle of cross-functional products, and champion enhancements that align with the firm's long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities Product Vision and Strategy: Develop, document, and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with organizational goals, incorporating customer feedback, market insights, and performance data. Present product updates and secure stakeholder buy-in. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure product strategies align across teams and departments. Requirement Management: Gather business and stakeholder needs, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain a well-defined, transparent product backlog. Roadmap Development: Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and communicate release plans effectively. Agile Leadership: Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to plan work, provide direction, and lead retrospectives to assess progress and refine processes. Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information in alignment with organizational standards. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Have a strong grasp of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles. Can articulate overarching business goals and deliver a clear product vision. Possess advanced business analysis expertise. Relevant technical certifications such as Agile Certification, Scrum Master, or SAFe are a plus. At least five years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile software development or a related field. Experience in the legal industry or other regulated environments is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
