Are you passionate about health and fitness? Do you love working with people and want to make a difference in their lives? The Exercise Coach is looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as Certified Exercise Coaches !

About the Role:

As a Certified Exercise Coach, youll lead One-on-One and Small Group exercise sessions using our cutting-edge training methods and technology. No two days are the sameand no prior fitness experience is necessary. We provide full training!

What Were Looking For:

• A genuine passion for health and fitness
  
  
• Strong communication skills (in person and over the phone)

• An outgoing, people-first personality
  
  
• Basic knowledge of exercise science and the human body

Bonus Points For:

• Basic nutrition knowledge

• A college degree in a health-related field

• Experience with strength training methods

• Experience working with older adults or individuals with limitations

What You'll Do:

• Deliver individualized fitness instruction in a safe, supportive environment

• Motivate and guide clients toward their health goals

• Become an expert in The Exercise Coachs proprietary methods and equipment
