We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role involves on-site technical support in setting up and transitioning of office spaces. This includes supervision of workstation setups, handling of electronic equipment, and efficient cable management.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the delivery and installation of workstations, ensuring their proper setup.
• Managing the unboxing and arrangement of electronic equipment such as monitors, keyboards, and mice.
• Ensuring the efficient management of cable installations including power and ethernet cables.
• Handling the setup of Dell monitors and adjusting their ports as needed.
• Breaking down and disposing of packaging materials after setup.
• Utilizing skills in computer hardware and Dell technologies to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during setup.
• Ensuring the workstations are ready for use, checking the functionality of all installed equipment.
• Monitoring the inventory of equipment and reporting any discrepancies or damages.
• Ensuring all workstations are set up in accordance with company guidelines and safety standards.
• Dealing with any technical issues or queries that arise during the setup process.• Applicant must have at least one year of detail-oriented experience as a PC Technician.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Computer Hardware is required.

• Proficiency in Dell Technologies is a must-have for this role.

• Experience in Cable Installation is necessary.

• Ability to troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers.

• Familiarity with system installation and configuration.

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
