Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Part-Time Assistant Stylist who is excited about personal growth, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role offers flexible weekday and weekend hours and opportunities for growth within the company .

You’ll work both remotely and in-person, supporting our Lead Stylists with client services, administrative tasks, and behind-the-scenes operations that keep our styling experiences running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with returns and exchanges for client purchases

• Support with client invoicing for styling services and purchased pieces

• Help build and update online shopping boards with curated items

• Organize and prep wardrobe pulls for styling sessions

• Maintain accurate inventory records and styling notes

• Assist with light administrative tasks related to scheduling and client management

• Travel to client sessions or local stores as needed (Lynnwood, Bellevue, Kirkland, Seattle areas)

Who You Are:

• Enthusiastic about style, fashion, and personal growth

• Loves working with people and making a positive impact

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

• Comfortable with both independent work and team collaboration

• Tech-savvy and familiar with basic tools like Google Drive, Trello, Canva (or eager to learn)

• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Open to weekday and weekend work with flexible scheduling

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to travel between Lynnwood, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Seattle

• Strong communication skills

• Previous fashion retail, styling, or administrative experience is a plus (but not required)

• Positive, can-do attitude and a desire to grow within the company
