Job Description

• 8+ years of experience in IAM with a minimum 6+ years of experience in architecture, design and implementation for Identity and Access Management.
• Hands-on experience in architecture, design, and solution implementation of OKTA for MFA & SSO.
• OKTA OKTA-certified Developer/Consultant is required.
• Hands-on experience in application onboarding/integration with OKTA.
• Complete knowledge of processes and flows of Open ID Connect, SAML, and OAuth.
• Hands-on knowledge of API integration with OKTA for Authentication.
• Hands-on experience with the development and implementation of OKTA for SSO, MFA, User Provisioning/Group Provisioning.
• Understand the current IAM processes across different systems and teams.
• Lead application migration to OKTA for MFA & SSO.
• Experience in technologies such as Java / J2EE, LDAP, SSL, RDBMS and Linux
• Good understanding of Change Management and release management processes.
• bility to review existing architecture and document and prepare target deployment architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving solving & troubleshooting skills.
• To be a team player & play an active role in execution.
• Demonstrate overall knowledge of general market trends and competition.
• Demonstrate capability in understanding the customer's business environment, map the requirements into the Okta solution, and proactively suggest alternatives as and when required.
