PRIMARY SUMMARY:
The Manufacturing Engineer I is responsible for providing technical support to their assigned UAP (Autonomous Production Unit), Manufacturing, Support Departments, and to Outside Customers. Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.

The responsibilities of the position include compliance with company and governmental safety, environmental and hazardous materials regulations and procedures. Employee will be required to wear PPE in specified areas.
