Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), for their medium sized skilled nursing facility in Dresden, Tennessee.
This role would suit a licensed nursing home administrator who has previously managed a minimum of a 65+ bedded skilled nursing facilities and has a track record of improving census, resident care and knowledge of the Tennessee state and Medicare/Medicaid regulations. The community is looking for an administrator who has attention to detail, while being a good teacher. Ideally the successful person will be qualified to train administrators in training (however, this is not expected).
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a licensed nursing home administrator in the state of Tennessee. Having worked in a skilled nursing, long term care facility. Ideally the successful candidate will have experienced and be qualified to train, administrators-in-training (this is not essential).
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail and be able to coach and teach the team within the community to succeed.
Requirements
LNHA qualification for the state of Tennessee (Essential)
Administrator of a facility with a minimum of 65 beds (Essential)
Qualified to Train, Administrators-in-Training ( Non-Essential)
P&L responsibility (non-essential)
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Tennessee state regulations (non-essential)
Experience with or knowledge of Dialysis & Ventilator units (non-essential)
Access to personal car and a valid driving license (non-essential)
Location
The facility is based in Dresden, Tennessee and is commutable from Martin, Paris, Union City, McKenzie, Jackson, and surrounding areas.
