Position Highlights:
Flexible Schedule: Choose your hours, with availability for at least two evenings and one weekend day encouraged to meet client needs.
Hybrid Work Options: In-office, telehealth, or a combination of both.
Competitive Compensation: Fee-for-service flat rate range of $61,326 - $100,861 per year (dependent on licensure level).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients as needed.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, such as behavioral therapy or art therapy, based on client needs.
Provide case management services to ensure continuity of care.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment approaches.
Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Current licensure as an LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD (Interns considered for practicum or internship roles).
Strong understanding of psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
Proficiency in medical documentation and case management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
