Description: Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position.
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure timely updates to the HR database.
· Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling, and leading interviews, and coordinating all aspects of the hiring process.
· Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions, processing employment paperwork, benefits enrollment, and preparing exit documentation.
· Collaborate with department leaders to update and maintain training materials to ensure role clarity and consistency across the organization.
· Partner with legal counsel to review and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to HR projects and tasks as needed.
· Handle conflict or confrontation professionally to facilitate mutually satisfactory resolutions.
· Work independently and manage deadlines under pressure, including flexibility to work beyond normal hours when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 3–5 years of Human Resources experience required.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel; experience with automated HR systems and data analysis preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organization and with diverse populations.
· Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
· Regular availability to work full-time during standard business hours, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
· Demonstrated professionalism, emotional maturity, and alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
