• Hybrid role after training, three days in the Solon office, and 2 WFH
• $100K-$110K plus profit sharing
• 8am-5pm with some flexibility

Some of your responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
• Conduct recruitment and TA activities
• Manage and maintain the HRIS (Paylocity)
• Lead and optimize HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive organizational success
• Provide guidance and support to leaders in addressing team member concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture
• Develop and manage evaluation processes for all employee levels to drive improvement, address underperformance, and recognize excellence
• Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and all legal requirements

What you'll need to succeed:

• Three years of experience minimum in an HR role
• Restaurant or retail HR experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player mentality
• Authenticity, integrity, diligence
