Job Description

We’re partnering with a long-standing, fast-growing organization in need of a highly capable HR Manager to support company-wide HR operations.

This Direct Hire opportunity is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with a SHRM certification , a passion for process improvement, and the ambition to take on a leadership role within a supportive and evolving company.

Key Responsibilities:

• 8,000 seasonal and year-round employees
• Maintain and update employee handbook, SOPs, and job descriptions
• Oversee (but not process) payroll functions
• Collaborate with payroll, accounting, and office departments
• Travel to additional sites as needed (reimbursed/company vehicle provided)
• Work directly with company owners and leadership to drive positive change

Ideal Candidate Has:

• 4+ years of HR management or administration experience
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (required)
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance
• Familiarity with payroll/timekeeping systems a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus
