About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff who is not only operationally proficient but also a natural motivator and connector within a high-performance engineering-driven environment. This individual will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, reinforcing team cohesion, driving sales initiatives, and managing strategic events.

Responsibilities:

• Operationalize and establish scalable processes and systems to enhance team productivity and alignment.
• Serve as a critical "connector" internally, ensuring effective communication and alignment across diverse teams.
• Foster a motivating, engaging culture by identifying team dynamics and supporting individuals to maximize their potential.
• Drive strategic sales initiatives, partnering with leadership to enhance revenue streams and market positioning.
• Plan, manage, and execute impactful internal and external events designed to build community, partnerships, and brand recognition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• Proven experience in operational roles within fast-paced startups or technology companies.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, sales support, and event management.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High adaptability, resilience, and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Location:

We work out of SylphAI’s San Francisco office and prefer that candidates are able to relocate to the Bay Area if necessary.

Salary and Equity:

• Salary: $100k - $150k USD (dependent on location and experience)
• Equity: 0.3% - 1.0%
