Director - Valuation Oversight, Asset Management Treasurer’s Office Join to apply for the Director - Valuation Oversight, Asset Management Treasurer’s Office role at Fidelity Investments Role Overview As a Director of Valuation Oversight in Asset Management’s Treasurer’s Office, you will oversee the pricing operations of Fidelity Funds and monitor operational controls. Your responsibilities include supporting the development, implementation, and administration of valuation processes for private market strategies including equity, credit, and real assets. You will coordinate activities with third-party service providers, external fund managers, and Fidelity’s internal pricing and bookkeeping agent, FFIO. Additionally, you will maintain valuation policies, support testing of fair value methodologies, and collaborate across various departments within Fidelity. Key Responsibilities Oversee valuation processes and operational controls for Fidelity Funds Support development and implementation of valuation methodologies Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders involved in valuation Maintain and update valuation policies and procedures Collaborate with teams across Fidelity to ensure accurate valuation practices Qualifications Minimum 10 years of industry experience or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MS or MBA preferred Expertise in technical accounting standards and valuation methods for complex investments Experience with security valuations and operational risk management Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access Desired Skills Independent motivator with strong judgment skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work on multiple priorities and explain complex concepts effectively Team and Culture The Asset Management Treasurer’s Office provides fiduciary oversight and supports the expansion of Fidelity’s investment capabilities, ensuring compliance and strategic growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fidelity Investments
