Bedford Advertising , a nationally recognized automotive advertising agency, is seeking a Digital Paid Media Manager  to take the lead in digital performance marketing. This in-person role based in Dallas, TX is ideal for a strategic, analytical, and hands-on digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys seeing their work drive real results.

What You’ll Do

You’ll plan and optimize high-impact digital campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and website platforms like Dealer.com and Dealer Inspire , all while working collaboratively with our creative and strategy teams.

• Manage Google Ads campaigns (search, display, video, retargeting)
• Manage Facebook Ads campaigns from launch to performance reviews
• Use GA4, GSC, and GTM for tracking and performance optimization
• Oversee and improve websites and landing pages on Dealer.com and Dealer Inspire
• Optimize Google Business Profiles to enhance local search visibility
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists on campaign assets
• Track performance and present reporting dashboards with insights and recommendations
• Stay up to date with automotive digital trends and new opportunities
• Lead SEO strategy and execution (technical, local, and content-driven)

What You Bring to the Role

• 4–6+ years of digital marketing experience (agency or client-facing role preferred)
• Proven experience with SEO and SEM for lead generation and conversions
• Proficiency in Google tools: Ads, GA4, GSC, GTM, and Business Profiles
• Experience with automotive website platforms (Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire)
• Skilled in SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Automotive marketing experience preferred
• HTML/CSS and certifications (Google Ads, GA4) are a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $65,000–$75,000 depending on experience
• Performance-based bonuses
