You will learn to inspect and identify pests, develop proposals, and grow your sales skills. Role Expectations Be mobile and independent, representing Braman in your community. Complete training and obtain necessary licenses, then manage your own clients. Receive onboarding from industry experts and get paid to get licensed. Earn competitive pay, commissions, bonuses, and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), company vehicle, and uniforms. Engage with the community through volunteering and outreach programs. Daily Responsibilities Complete training modules and gain hands-on experience in the field. Travel within your territory to meet prospective and existing customers. Identify pest issues and recommend solutions following company policies. Deliver excellent customer service, follow up, and develop relationships. Generate new business through sales activities and customer engagement. Potentially advance into management or other roles based on performance. Minimum Qualifications Hunter mentality and proactive approach to sales. High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred. Valid driver’s license. 2+ years of B2B sales experience with strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
