Key Responsibilities:

• Support medium to large clients in different sectors: nonprofits, healthcare, and life sciences.
• Develop and execute Client technology strategy to meet business objectives and drive growth. Innovate by identifying future trends and opportunities in technology.
• Lead, mentor, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business challenges and IT needs, offering tailored technology solutions and best practices.
• Oversee the development and integration of new technologies, ensuring they enhance business productivity and provide a competitive edge.
• Implement IT governance, policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Identify, assess, and manage technology risks, ensuring robust data protection, cybersecurity measures, and disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years in the IT industry, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within an IT consulting or service-based company.
• In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies, IT architectures, compliance standards, and system integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams, driving performance through motivation, mentorship, and clear guidance.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients, understanding their needs and delivering strategic value through technology solutions.
• Strong project management skills with a successful track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
