Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a diverse skill set in carpentry and labor tasks. This role involves working on various projects, including remodeling, restoration, and construction. The Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform mold remediation and restoration tasks as needed.
Fabricate and install various structures and fixtures, including cabinetry and trim.
Execute trim carpentry with precision to enhance the aesthetic appeal of projects.
Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required on job sites.
Conduct masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting, when necessary.
Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps for improved insulation and appearance.
Participate in remodeling projects, ensuring all work meets client specifications and quality standards.
Execute metal stud framing for walls and ceilings in commercial and residential settings.
Hang doors accurately to ensure proper function and alignment.
Qualifications

Proven experience in carpentry or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with mold remediation techniques is a plus.
Ability to fabricate, restore, and remodel structures effectively.
Experience with trim carpentry, heavy lifting, masonry, caulking, remodeling, metal stud framing, and door hanging is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Bilingual a plus.
