A local Yamhill County winery is seeking applicants for its bookkeeping position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 18 yrs of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 yrs Bookkeeping (Accounts Payable/ Receivable) experience
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Preferred (Not Required):
- Winery office experience
- Knowledge of ShipCompli, VinTrace, & Commerce7. Any knowledge of these is a plus Will train in necessary
Job Duties:
- Maintaining accurate financial records including recording transactions, reconciling accounts - Preparing financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Provide customer service via telephone
- Assist in coordinating order shipping and customer pickups.
- Conduct inventory of wines
Employer Notes:
- Office is on second floor and there isn't an elevator
Wages, Hours and Benefits:
- $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Depending on Experience and Qualifications
- Monday ' Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- $300/ month towards Medical - Simple IRA up to 3% Retirement and PTO - used for sick/vacation
