Job Description

• 
  Record and maintain financial transactions in [accounting software, e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite] .
• 
  Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.

  Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.

  Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.

  Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.

  Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations (if applicable).

  Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.

  Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and company procedures.
