Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide school-based services for a local school district in Newark, DE.
\n\nPerks:

\n\t\nThis is a 1099 Independent contracting position, allowing for greater flexibility.?
\n\t\nPTS provides consistent on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders.
\n\t\nSchool-Based Academy: We provide the support and community that a new School-Based therapist needs to feel comfortable and to be successful.
\n\t\nLending Library: PTS recognizes the additional expenses in providing evaluation for materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and assessments for therapist to borrow as needed.
\n\t\nResponsibilities:
\n\nAssist the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming. Collecting data on all programming and write progress notes.
\n\t\nUnderstand and adhere to established policies and procedures
\n\t\nDemonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management skills through daily documentation.
\n\t\nMaintain acceptable attendance status, per Agency policy
\n\t\nPerform other duties as assigned

\n\nHigh School Diploma
\n\t\nMinimum one year experience working with children
