Skills Required:
• Experience in data migration from Hadoop HDFS to Azure Data Lake.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL.
• Design and implement framework in Azure for Extracting, loading, transforming, cleaning, and validating data.
• Serve as the subject matter expert related to Azure, cloud applications.
• Responsible for designing and providing technical direction to data engineers, data analysts, data integration developers, and database administrators.
• Responsible for the quality assurance of all design and development deliverables
• Knowledge of scripting or programming using JSON, XML, and/or PowerShell.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analyzes current business practices, processes, and procedures and identifies future business opportunities for leveraging Microsoft Azure Data & Analytics Services.
• Support the planning and implementation of data design services, providing sizing and configuration assistance and performing needs assessments.
• Delivery of data transformations and modernizations of enterprise data solutions using Azure cloud data technologies.
• Experience with data process Orchestration, end-to-end design and build process of Batch Data Pipelines.
• Certification data engineering or Databricks in Azure is preferred.
